[Team] Kilemal

All [Team] members are required to meet (and maintain) the following criteria:
100 hours played in [Team] ranked games.
95% or better squad time (leader or member).
Teamscore 35% of combat score - or better.
Kill to teamkill ratio of 100:1 - or better.
Keep in mind that these numbers are merely guidelines. There are many more factors than these involved in being a good team player. Simply joining or creating a squad is probably the single most important factor in good team play. If you're running aroung the game as a Lone Wolf, you aren't playing the game anywhere near as effectively as you should be. By joining or creating a squad you have the added advantages of respawning with your squad, rather than back at the nearest c/p, and requesting supplies, artillery and uav overflights. Another frequently overlooked, yet one of the most important factors in good teamplay I think, is spotting. This is something I think most players, including myself do not do nearly enough. How better to help your team than to spot emeny threats onto their map for them? Although you do not receive points for performing this action, it is one of the first things I notice about a player. Even the sniper - not known for being a team player because they spend most of their time alone and concealed somewhere, can be an effective teamplayer by simply spotting enemy threats for the rest of the team.
