[Team] Stats Signatures

All registered members are welcome to use their [Team] stats signature on this website. To load your signature follow these simple instructions. First - find your player number or PID. You can do this by locating yourself in the stats, right click on a blank section of your stats page and select properties from the alt menu. Where it lists the url of the page the string should end with pid=12345678. That is your player id - write it down. Now, go to your public profile and click on the first option in the top menu "User CP". In your user control panel, click the first option in the Control Panel menu on the left, "Edit Signature". For this next part, you must use the first block on the page, where it says "Edit Signature", the second block, "Signature Picture" does not work for some unknown reason. In the Edit Signature block, click the button that looks like a picture of a mountain. A small window will open asking for the url to your signature pic. Put in the following without the quotes: "http://team-nitro.org/sigs/xxxxxxxx.png" where xxxxxxxx is your player ID. The http:// is already in there - just leave that part alone. Click OK and your sig should appear in the Preview box. Click Save Signature below and you are done.

Does anybody has an idea why the signatures of some german players (i.e. [TEAM] Volalt, me) shows the Union Jack and not the black-red-gold flag?
I thought, my IP address is the reason for that, but visualroute points it in germany. Any idea?

Lately, I have noticed that my signature doesn't show. It suddenly stopped working, so I tried to delete it then put it back but it still didn't work??

Where does your User CP say that you live? I think that might change it. I'm not sure though.

Apparently it's because you earned the "North American Service Ribbon." You have some nerve !

Apparently this ribbon wasn't included in the stats package because the booster packs weren't even released at the time, and all the North American maps were originally booster pack maps. The program that creates the signatures creates an image file (.png) of the signature to display on the page, so if it can't find one of the award images it can't create the sig image. You probably see a blank spot on your stats page where that award should be also. I'll hunt down an image and install it . . . . tomorrow.

I believe the criteria for that ribbon is to play each of the three? (or 4) North American maps and have 25 hours in theatre - all the N.A. maps combined.

LOL that's not what I meant. Once upon a time, my stat sig stopped showing up because I had a ribbon that wasn't in the original bf2 awards. So KIL fixed that and for about a week my stats were showing again. Until I got the EU service ribbon. But it didn't show up so for a long time I went without a stat sig. Until now.

Test. Mine is not displaying in preview sig. Will check with forum post. If not displayed, why? Right click properties on sig box shows correct format.
